NON-BROADCAST CORPORATE/EDUCATIONAL VIDEO LICENSE Licensee agrees that use of the Project embodying the Compositions will be limited to the following: synchronization with any non-broadcast corporate or educational video not for sale; duplication of up to 10,000 (total of all media) copies of the Project CD-ROM, DVD or CD-A.
NON-BROADCAST TRADE EXHIBITION LICENSE Licensee agrees that use of the Project embodying the Compositions will be limited to the following: synchronization with any non-broadcast corporate or educational video not for sale, computer multimedia presentation or animation [“Project]; public performance where no charge is made to the public such as a trade exhibition, business seminar, or in-house multimedia presentation; duplication of up to 1,000 (total of all media) copies of the Project CD-ROM, DVD or CD-A.
NON-BROADCAST IN-STORE/ON-SITE LICENSE Licensee agrees that use of the Project embodying the Compositions will be limited to the following: synchronization with any non-broadcast use including corporate or educational video, computer multimedia presentation or animation [“Project]; public performance where no charge is made to the public such as a trade exhibition, business seminar, or in-house multimedia presentation; duplication of up to 1,000 (total of all media) copies of the Project CD-ROM, DVD or CD-A.
MUSIC-ON-HOLD LICENSE Licensee agrees that use of the Project embodying the Compositions will be limited to the following: synchronization with any non-broadcast use for music-on-hold; duplication of up to 1,000 (total of all media) copies of the Project CD-ROM, DVD or CD-A.
NON-BROADCAST WEDDING/SPECIAL EVENT VIDEO Licensee agrees that use of the Project embodying the Compositions will be limited to the following: synchronization with non-broadcast wedding or personal videos for one year; non-corporate public performances where no charge is made to the public for one year; duplication of up to 500 (total of all media) copies for each use of the Project CD-ROM, DVD or CD-A. Licensee may use the Compositions for multiple videos; the term is one year.
BROADCAST: PROGRAMMING
TELEVISION PROGRAMMING LICENSE Licensee agrees that use of the Project embodying the Compositions will be limited to the following: synchronization and public performance in any non-advertising Project for all forms of television broadcast. It is the licensee’s obligation to supply JGLsongs LLC with a completed Cue Sheet for the Film within 30 (thirty) days of the first public broadcast or performance.
WEB/MOBILE PROGRAMMING LICENSE Licensee agrees that use of the Project embodying the Compositions will be limited to the following: synchronization and public performance in any non-advertising Project for all forms of Internet and mobile device broadcast.
BROADCAST: PROMOTIONS
NATIONAL TELEVISION PROMO LICENSE The territory covered by this license is within the United States or any single country. Licensee agrees that use of the Project embodying the Compositions will be limited to the following: synchronization and public performance in any Project for the purpose of promoting an event, news, or programming for all forms of television broadcast for one year. It is Licensee’s obligation to supply JGLsongs LLC with a completed cue sheet for the Project that details all music cues used in the production within 30 (thirty) days of the first public broadcast or performance.

It is Licensee’s obligation to supply JGLsongs LLC with a completed cue sheet for the Project that details all music cues used in the production within 30 (thirty) days of the first public broadcast or performance.
ALL MEDIA PROMO LICENSE Licensee agrees that use of the Project embodying the Compositions will be limited to the following: synchronization and public performance in any Project for the purpose of promoting an event, news, or programming for all forms of television, radio, and Internet broadcast or other digital delivery system for one year. It is Licensee’s obligation to supply JGLsongs LLC with a completed cue sheet for the Project that details all music cues used in the production within 30 (thirty) days of the first public broadcast or performance.
INTERNET
WEB VIDEO & ANIMATION LICENSE Licensee agrees that use of the Project embodying the Compositions will be limited to the following: synchronization and public performance in a video or animation for Internet broadcast, either by streaming or downloading.
WEBSITE BACKGROUND LICENSE Licensee agrees that use of the Project embodying the Compositions will be limited to the following: synchronization and public performance as embodied in the Production for the purpose of Internet audio streaming for one year.
PODCAST LICENSE Licensee agrees that use of the Project embodying the Compositions will be limited to the following: synchronization and public performance in any non-advertising Project for all forms of Internet broadcast, either by streaming or downloading, where the “Podcast” is a digital audio program directly linked to a website.
ADVERTISING
TELEVISION ADVERTISING LICENSE Licensee agrees that use of the Project embodying the Compositions will be limited to the following: synchronization and performance as embodied in the Production for commercial advertising, trade, and related purposes in all forms of Local television broadcast. It is the Licensee’s obligation to supply JGLsongs LLC with a copy of the Media Buy for the Project within 30 (thirty) days of the first public broadcast or performance.
RADIO ADVERTISING LICENSE Licensee agrees that use of the Project embodying the Compositions will be limited to the following: synchronization and performance as embodied in the Production for commercial advertising, trade, and related purposes in all forms of Local radio broadcast.
INTERNET ADVERTISING LICENSE Licensee agrees that use of the Project embodying the Compositions will be limited to the following: synchronization and performance as embodied in the Production for commercial advertising, trade, and related purposes in all forms of Internet broadcast.
IN-STORE/ON-SITE ADVERTISING LICENSE Licensee agrees that use of the Project embodying the Compositions will be limited to the following: synchronization and performance as embodied in the Production for commercial advertising, trade, and related purposes in commercial retail, wholesale, or other sales location.
THEATRICAL LICENSE Licensee agrees that use of the Project embodying the Compositions will be limited to the following: synchronization with a Feature, Documentary or Short [“Film”]; public performance as embodied in the Film in theatrical and non-theatrical exhibition with or without admission charge, including the right to perform the Compositions by transmission of the Film into such locations.It is Licensee’s obligation to supply JGLsongs LLC with a completed cue sheet for the Project that details all music cues used in the production within 30 (thirty) days of the first public broadcast or performance.
VIDEO GAME LICENSE Licensee agrees that use of the Project embodying the Compositions will be limited to the following: synchronization with a video game utilizing any and all video game platforms; duplication of up to 10,000 (total of all media) copies of the Project CD-ROM, DVD or other media.
DVD OR CD-ROM LICENSE Licensee agrees that use of the Project embodying the Compositions will be limited to the following: synchronization with any non-broadcast use including the Licensee’s own website or online service, corporate and educational videos, computer multimedia presentations or animations [“Project]; public performance where no charge is made to the public such as trade exhibitions, business seminars, in-house multimedia presentations, independent in-store, music-on-hold; duplication of up to 5,000 (total of all media) copies of the Project CD-ROM, DVD or CD-A.
PREVIEW ONLY LICENSE Licensee agrees that use of the Project embodying the Compositions will be limited to the following: synchronization with a Project for the purpose of in-house review only.
